During the winters when outdoor photography sessions move indoors, I use this opportunity to bundle up with Angus in tow and head for the beach. Usually there’s no one in sight, and it’s really the best time to unwind, reflect and think about positive changes we want to make in our lives.
So often, life goes on at an ever increasing pace but when you’re the only one at the beach, it really does feel like life can stand still…even if it’s just for a bit.
Here are some of the images from a recent beach scouting mission, to find new and unexplored photography locations for my clients in the new year. All shot on film, using my medium format workhorse, Angus (the Hasselblad).
