Here’s one of my favorite recipes for homemade granola! What I absolutely love about this recipe is you can customize it in so many ways, it really becomes a great way to get rid of small amounts of nuts and seeds you might have hiding in your pantry. This one has a mix of oats, buckwheat groats, coconut flakes, a variety of seeds and nuts and maple syrup for a little sweetening. Prior to baking I added a tablespoon of my favorite chai masala to the granola to give it some nostalgic flavors of my childhood. You can use any seasoning powder you wish for this trip. You’ll find the original recipe by author and chef Amy Chaplin here.
I love to serve this sprinkled on my favorite greek yogurt in the morning. Enjoy!
